WHY SHOOTING IS MORE HUMANE

When conducting a program to reduce or manage targeted species using a firearm, it gives the operator the choice on what animal is to be neutralised. This capability reduces the risk of a non-target animal being affected to almost zero, unlike baiting and trapping methods.
